Reemay Elite™, a premium grade polyester nonwoven, is an industry-wide quantum leap. It is specifically designed for applications that demand the ultimate in spot-to-spot uniformity. The superior uniformity of the product provides heightened reliability and fitness for critical medical applications, diagnostic devices, and nano, ultra, and micro filtration uses, such as reverse osmosis. In casting applications, the uniformity of Elite can result in fewer defects and higher operating yields.

Available in weights from 0.5 to 1.0 ounce s per square yard (17 to 34 gsm), and in a calendered offering from 0.5 to 3.0 ounces per square yard (17 to 102 gsm), it is composed of trilobal cross section filaments. Reemay Elite™ meets the criteria of 21CFR177.1630 of the FDA food contact regulations.
