Celbond® Particulate Structures
for Gaseous Filtration (CPS)
I found a sample essay, possibly better writing an essay,- research paper help.
CPS is a platform technology for the immobilization of functional particles in a three dimensional fibrous structure. The core technology uses bi-component fibers to build a stable, robust fibrous structure. No adhesive is used. Functional particles, such as activated carbon, zeolites, ion exchange agents and many others are arranged in a three-dimensionally spaced configuration within the fibrous structure with controlled, tortuous void space. Functional particles are secured, yet fully accessible. Maximum accessibility is optimized with fluid flow through the material. The core technology can be combined with other materials to provide multi-functionality.
- Can be made with activated carbon, zeolites, ion exchange agents and other functional particles
- Minimal dust shedding
- Pleatable
- Excels where space is limited and pressure drop must be minimized
- Design flexibility for different applications
- Product weights: depend on application
