Berotex
based asphalt emulsion. Currently, a 5-million dollar plant
Berotex is a spunbond linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Thermally bonded, it has no binders to interfere with the filtering area or to contaminate downstream. It is made of continuous filaments, which reduces the likelihood of raveling or fraying, and it has a soft hand. It can be used as a hotmelt or polyethylene powder substitute in lamination processes.
