Synergex is produced by laminating lightweight layers of Reemay into a single sheet. Synergex® offers the same excellent filtering qualities as other Reemay products.
Flat-bonded Synergex has been completely calendered and laminated over the entire media surface, making the finished product more efficient than traditional Reemay products. Because of this calendering, lighter weight products can frequently be used to achieve the filtration performance of other heavier weight media.
Pattern-bonded Synergex is produced much like flat-bonded Synergex, except the rollers used to bond the fabric have a pattern in them. This product is especially useful where there could be problems with flow rates or when the filter cannot form a cake on the media.
